Vitamins for women in three formats: oral strips that dissolve on your tongue, capsules and powders you stir into a drink.

A thin, flexible film that carries your vitamins. Place it on your tongue and it dissolves in seconds. No water, no pill, nothing to chew.

With dry fingers, take one strip from the tin, place it on your tongue and let it dissolve. That's the whole routine. Every strip is one a day.

Steady and Clear are two capsules a day with 6 to 8 oz of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

One scoop a day. Stir Bloom into 8 to 10 oz of water, coffee or your favorite drink. Mix Greens or Reds into 6 to 8 oz of cold water or your favorite drink and drink it within 10 minutes.

Not for the strips. That's kind of the point. Capsules and powders need a glass.

Whenever it fits your day, though each strip has a natural moment. Glow and Bounce are morning strips. Energy is for the morning or the midday slump. Focus is for the workday. Relax is for when the day gets loud. Settle goes after a meal. Pause is for between meals. Biome works any time. Drift is for winding down at night. Recover is for before a night out. Capsules and powders are once a day, whenever you'll remember them.

The strips taste like fruit, mostly. Glow is orange, Bounce is mango, Settle, Biome and Pause are mixed berry, Focus is chocolate, Relax is strawberry-peppermint, Energy is cranberry, Drift is raspberry and Recover is mango-orange. Every strip is sweetened with stevia. Capsules have no flavor. Bloom is unflavored, Greens is sweetened with stevia and Reds is berry flavored.

A tin holds 30 strips, about a month at one a day. A bottle holds 60 capsules, a month at two a day. Greens and Reds hold 30 scoops and Bloom holds 14.

Keep everything closed, somewhere cool and dry, out of reach of children. Grab strips with dry fingers, since they're made to dissolve.

Every product page lists the full Supplement Facts and other ingredients, and so does every label. The strip itself is a thin film made mainly from pullulan and cellulose, which carry the vitamins and botanicals.

Our strips are made in India by our manufacturing partner. Our capsules and powders are made in the USA from globally sourced ingredients. Vytafast LLC, based in Stamford, Connecticut, designs and sells them.

Each product has its own daily serving. Different products have different ingredients, and some overlap, so if you'd like to combine them, or you already take other supplements, check with your doctor or pharmacist first.

Energy has 50 mg of caffeine per strip, about half a cup of coffee. If you're sensitive to caffeine, skip it. Greens and Reds contain green tea powder, which naturally contains some caffeine. Focus is caffeine-free.

Glow contains 5000 mcg of biotin. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements notes that biotin above recommended amounts may cause false results in some lab tests, including some hormone tests like thyroid tests. Tell your doctor you take it before any blood work. Steady also contains a small amount of biotin (5 mcg).

Greens contains wheat. Bloom is made from bovine collagen, so it isn't vegetarian. Every product page lists its full ingredients.

Keep every product away from pets. Drift contains xylitol, which is dangerous for dogs.

No. Our products are made for adults. Keep them out of reach of children, especially Steady, which contains iron.

Strips are $59 a tin, two for $89 and three for $115, any mix. Steady is $49, or two for $89 and three for $125. Clear, Bloom, Greens and Reds are $39 each, or two of the same for $69 and three for $99. Bundle prices apply automatically at checkout.

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For safety, we can't take back opened supplements unless they're defective. Damaged or wrong items are always on us.

Email nick@vytafast.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to post it.
